Samantha Crisford-Eade
Samantha Crisford-Eade, Founder and Lead Coach at ADHD Inclusion, has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and over two decades of HR experience. Her fascination with human behavior and the intricacies of diversity and inclusion led her to ADHD coaching, aligning her business acumen with an understanding of ADHD challenges in the workplace. She delved into intense ADHD coaching training and is qualified through the ADD Coach Training Academy (ADDCA) in New York, the first and largest comprehensive ADHD Coach Training Program fully accredited by the ICF and PAAC (Professional Association of ADHD Coaches).
As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) who has faced depression and anxiety, Samantha empathises with the silent struggles of individuals with ADHD. She is dedicated to making ADHD coaching accessible, supporting professionals on the brink of burnout or dearly wanting to live to the potential they know they have inside them. Through compassionate, collaborative sessions, she helps clients achieve self-awareness and a more fulfilling life experience.
At ADHD Inclusion, Samantha builds every session on compassion, safety, and trust. She guides clients through self-discovery using ADHD-friendly tools, fostering personal growth and lasting success.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys caring for her family, historical literature, nature, travel, and self-care. She invites professionals in the ADHD, HR, or DEI space to connect and foster real, impactful workplace inclusion.
Justine Capelle Collis
Justine Capelle Collis - partner at ADHD Inclusion and Head Coach / Impact Strategist with Brnwld ADHD Coaching. Justine was inspired to pursue a second career in coaching after her experience of navigating ADHD diagnoses for her sons, which led to her diagnosis in her 40s.
Justine believes everyone possesses innate wisdom and unique gifts and with the right kind of coaching and a little time, you can live with complete integrity, fully aligned with your goals and values. This belief fuels her mission to empower everyone born to think differently.
As an award-winning Creative Director, she’s spent nearly three decades spotting talent and leading high-performing teams for global businesses in the UK, Australia, Canada and the US.
